We are having a wonderful experience here. The staff is very cooperative and supportive. Especially Manish pundir sir, was very helpful and cooperative towards us.the property is very beautiful and staff is very cordial. we would definitely visit again. ITC is known for its hospitality wheter it is plains or hills. Really impressed with the polite/ curtious staff. Also ms Jasmin from the team made sure everything is perfect .

Great hotel. I loved the vintage look and there was such a beautiful garden inside. Everything was perfect. I also really loved the food at the royal afghan, the dal bukhara was too good. The behaviour of the staff is exceptional in the way that they handle the guests just so politely and are always ready to suggest places to go as well as advice us on the cab services around. I would love to bring my family here next time for sure. Id like to mention the names of Jogender from reservation desk and Semanti and Jasmin from the Guest relations team for helping us throughout the stay.
